Shift planning for volunteer teams.
What is it?
Shift is made for events where helpers work in shifts. A planning holds the days, the shifts and the people. Each shift has a time window, a task and a number of helpers it needs.
Planners build the plan and assign the helpers. Each helper gets a link of their own, opens it on the phone, sees their shifts there and answers each one with yes or no.
What's inside?
For planners
Sign in with an e-mail address and a login code, no password. With a sidebar on a computer, with bottom navigation on a phone.
For helpers
One link per person and planning. No login, built for the phone.
Access
Anyone who signs up on their own waits until an admin approves the account.
Want to try it?
Shift runs in the browser. Planning is open to anyone who has signed up and been approved.
